Cricketics Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 its was 1998 ashes in Aus during the 5th test of this ashes,, Aus played 3 spinners and just one seamer they went in with Warney,Colin Miller and Mcgill and the lone seamer Mcgrath how often it has happend.. specially in Aus cricket?? i do remember we playing 3 spinners - Sarandeep singh, Kumble and Bajji once.. but in past 10 years it really hasn't happend lot of times.. or has it?? here is that 5th ashes test scorecard - http://content-usa.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/63818.html btw, both mcgill and miller outbowled warney in this test.. and also going by the fact, whenever mcgill and warney played togetther, mcgill has outbowled warney all the time..
