Should have three different captains for all the formats. Four openers needed, Dhawan, rahane, Uthappa, Gambhir. Have healthy competition between them and pick three for every game. Six pace bowlers needed for English series. 3 play one test other three play the next. Fatigue is a factor which morons dont understand. Two wkt keepers. They need to be rotated too.

Training of domestic coaches so we can get finished products at intl level especially bowlers. Get someone like swann & kumble to teach our spinners how to bowl overseas. Set up facilities for spinners too along with fast bowlers. Frequent A tours to aus, eng, sa, nz. Give bonuses in form of money or special contracts to play county & sheffield sheild to consistent good performers.
