express bowling
Bhuvi is getting a lot of zip off the deck. Deceptive bounce too. Impressive. Link to comment
express bowling
Pankaj has bowled 135 to 142 k in the 2nd innings. But ,his inability to get much zip off the deck is disappointing. He did not get much bounce too , considering his height. On the same pitch, all other pacers got zip and bounce. Even Bhuvi got more purchase from the pitch. His wicket was as much due to extra bounce as outswing. Link to comment

Insidious
I always noticed with even with that height he doesnt get enough extra bounce. Shorter bowlers Woakes and Anderson got more than him. But in Ranji matches, he used to get stiff bounce even on slow surfaces, can't understand why he was not able to get it here. Link to comment

Shorter bowlers Woakes and Anderson got more than him. He has a good seam position when he bowls outswing but he intentionally scrambles his seam when he hits the deck, most probably to get accentuated seam movement. This is probably the reason for his relative lower bounce. But, in international cricket, this is making him much less potent. BrantFUGH 1 Link to comment

express bowling
No. Actually got more bounce when he bowled scrambled seam. That is because, with an upright seam, he bowled floaty outswingers. If he hit the deck hard with an upright seam, we would probably see the difference. Link to comment

King Tendulkar
Aaron gets a wicket off a sizzling bouncer. Cook done by PACE Suddenly foot movement and technique goes missing, pace scrambled it. Jeez people like him should be backed and groomed. Instead time and money wasted on grooming 78 mph bowlers Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Him and Yadav should be in team and backed. They will get better and better then Link to comment

Meanwhile in India..... Yadav and Aaron in combo. O what could have been for Indians, cricket is not about testosterone. Its about being nerdy. Listen to harsha. He talks about not showing aggression on the cricket field, being nice etc. Real cricket fans want to see action, competition between bat and ball, blood on the pitch. We, Indian fans have been deprived of fast bowling. Link to comment

They will get better and better then After seeing Aaron bowl today, I must say you are absolutely right. Aaron, Yadav along with the inform BK and Ishant, can be a very potent attack. Link to comment
