Karthik' date=' Jaffer, Dravid, Tendulkar, Ganguly, Laxman, Yuvraj, Dhoni+, Harbhajan, Kumble*, RP Singh, Zaheer, Sreesanth, Gambhir, Shane Bond[/quote'] OK. Who do you pick after the third day of the series, by when Bond will be injured for the rest of the tour?

Lets talk about this after the Pak test series. A little premature it is. If Ganguly or Laxman fail in the Pak series they may not make the trip to Australia.
We only get 1 warm up game heading into Australia ... its time to start preparing for the aussie series now. Get our squad ready. If the administrators were smart, they would have given us more warm up games in Australia but since we dont we need to treat the Pakistan series as warm up games and look to replicate Australian pitches, so that our players are ready for it.

I would actually consider changing mine a bit and have Gagandeep Singh in place of Irfan Pathan however I am not sure yet. I would say Gagandeep Singh because we need a back-up right armer in case Sreesanth doesnt do as well.

So we pick a right armer incapable of going over 125 kmh most of the time, and effective mostly when the ball is very new or in moist conditions like early morning Mohali? And we pick him for pitches like Sydney and Adelaide?

If Munaf is fully fit' date=' I'll take him.[/quote'] Agree. If he falls apart in a tour game, leave him out. If he's clocking near 140 and swinging it like he used to earlier/did in the Irani Trophy v. Mumbai, pick him no matter what.

Salil, he is playing the second conjecutive match in Ranji and hasn't fallen apart so far!! Hence I'm praying that his fitness improves and we choose him!

Jaffer Karthik Dravid Tendulkar Laxman Ganguly Yuvraj Dhoni Pathan Sreesanth RP Singh Zaheer Kumble Harbhajan Cannot really decide on the 15th player, so I'll take sehwag, seeing as he can fit into the middle order, as well as be a specialist opener.. He wouldnt be in my first 11 tho.....
