Sooda Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Alec Stewart, interesting choice for keeper... I would not play Taylor in Lefty XI, Was Hayden a better opener... Smith can captain as Im not sure about Lloyd too- G Pollock?

Scarves Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 I swear I've done a leftie team. Right handers of players I've seen play Virender Sehwag Michael Vaughan Ricky Ponting Sachin Tendulkar Michael Clarke - C Kevin Pietersen Ian Healy - WK Shane Warne Dale Steyn Curtly Ambrose Glenn McGrath Toss Captaincy to Clarke who I assume will man-mange that team very well. Batting is super strong and Healy is the best gloveman. Bowling is the skilled enough with Sachin, Sehwag and Clarke able to bowl whatevers. Batting it is hard to find a good right handed opener other than Sehwag but I remembered Vaughan slaughtering Australia back in 2002/03. Ponting and Tendulkar are set 3 and 4. Clarke is 5 and Pietersen is an amazing aggressive batsman for 6. Healy can bat and is keeping is amazing. Too many amazing right hand batsmen of this era including Dravid, Amla, de Villiers and Laxman I guess Left Hayden Langer Sangakkara - C - I guess? Thorpe Lara Hussey Gilchrist - WK Vettori Johnson Akram Vaas? There aren't many left arm quicks I've seen. Batting wise it is solid, bowling wise? Kind of weak.
