Especially considering he was a respected member of the ICC not long ago !

These people can't speak it aloud in fear of censure and hence, are using weird stop gap short statements to drop subtle hints. It might well be a BCCI initiated protocol but irrespective of who initiated it, chuckers are after all chuckers. The argument of they were bowling for so long is weak because it essentially points out to two wrongs make a right. Once you are violating rules, you are violating rules. You can't give the logic that because it was overlooked (or you were left with a slap on the wrist) earlier it should be overlooked now. You know you were playing with fire and this is the price you pay for it. It's an overall good lesson in life.

Now I understand. Think about it, if the new Testing Procedures proposal came up with all the 8 Boards, I am sure boards like PCB, WICB and even SLCB would have objected to it and nothing would come out of it. Now that the decision rests, with the Big 3, they approved it right away and all of a sudden the Chucking Menace is at least 90% solved. Well one brownie point for the Big 3 Power Seize

They think that cheating is alright. They all think that the only time they lose is either by match fixing or by BCCI conspiring against them. How can they be so stupid to think that amir et al. is innocent and that BCCI lured them by money. How can thy not see that even if BCCI by some super mohammadian ways successfully bribed them, their players still accepted the money. How can they not see that every time they think pakistan lost only due to match fixing, that they are accusing their own players of throwing a game. How can they think that chucking is ok as long its allowed to happen in a world cup? These people are complete nut jobs.

They have be vocally criticizing these blind eye to chucking for years .

Same with ECB - it is one thing criticizing and totally other thing to have the muscle to initiate it. After what you said, the ECB + ACB + BCCI seem to be together on this. Even the three testing centers are in these three countries. Case solved! :sherlock:

That guy must have bowled with a normal action early in his life and got tonked around, then late in his career realised the potential of chucking and its benefits.... as such became hit and being from pak, nobody gave a flying hoot about the action even when he might have been hitting half centuries with his bend alone.... now it's ending and auntie is throwing her toys
