hhunaeh Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 what risk? why is a guard even needed? risk of being robbed and physically harmed? they started enforcing it strictly after a lady was attacked and left partly paralyzed inside an atm, early in the morning, some time last year. atms are inside small stores with shutters in india. Last year a guy got into one at 8 or 9 am, closed the shutter, attacked a lady with a rod, stole her money and ran away. The lady was left partly paralyzed and they never caught the guy. There have been other cases of people getting attacked.
