Brainfade Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Caused too much acid in my stomach and after vomiting and feeling sick for 18 hrs, I finally gave up on very late 2nd day. Will need to go back to low carb that I did 3 years ago and lost 20% of my total weight in 5 months. Sorry that you had to go through the sickness. It may be useful to write to the company who pushes this idea and tell them that it did not work for you. It will help others. Good luck with your endeavors. Slow and steady, carb-limited diet. Most importantly - exercise!

Exercise is important as it helps in burning more calories, but if one cannot do that then that is what needs to be done. Eating whole fruits, whole cucumbers and not juice is a far better option. Other than that eating nuts like almonds and peanuts to suppress hunger pangs. They keep you full for longer periods.
