He rests on his heels instead of being alert on his toes and getting lower and wider in his stance - like the best slippers/catchers do.  You cannot react to the ball as easily . Also, doesn't have those large hands like Warne, Kallis etc.  

 

Dropped quite a few catches in LOI's too. India is probably the worst catching side generally. It's something that needs constant work on but since these guys play so much cricket throughout the year, they can't work on them I suppose.
