I think its time that indian censor board be given the powers to reject a film based on plagiarism. I actually agree that they should SCT against plagiarism......but not if someone has got the rights (like Anil Kapoor did for 24). My biggest problem is the Censor Board acting as Moral Police for the film industry - this censor board is mostly regressive and will hamper whatever little creativity is there.
