RP and Pathan can get the most out of any new ball movement or swing. Yuvraj and Ganguly can contribute if they get away from us! In batting Ganguly can open on a flat deck, Yuvraj has wood over Pakistan and needs to get into form for Aus series

1. Either IKP or RPS for Munaf Useless Patel 2. Drop KKD - get someone else to open (RD, or SG can handle it in Indian pitches for sure) Get YS into middle order. As a batsman YS (middle order) > KKD (not talking abt opening)

My team wud be Since Jaffer has already booked his place for OZ tour, we shud try the other openers to asses their form. Zubin, gone mad or what? Series hasn't been wrapped up as yet and Pak can still escape series loss by winning the final test as they did last time around. I don't think there will be any change in the team, unless forced by some other factor!

How come people think Ganguly can open? And it is pretty stupid to have an opener for flat decks and then a different opener for difficult pitches. The only 2 people from the middle order that could possibly open are Dravid and Laxman. I would prefer a specialist opener though.
