Steady on man, David is one of our highest run getters in history, he could see out the new ball like no one else, he was a fine player of the hook and cut and had a beautiful on drive, Dave would hold his ground when everybody was falling around him and theres not many blokes that would sledge Ambrose and walsh while they were bowling at him. He was also one of the best if not best Aussie silly mid on and off fielder in history, he set the bar very high, he never flinched when he was hit batting or fielding, Dave was old school like Merv Hughes, he also likes to party very hard. They dont make many hard men in cricket like Dave Boon these days, he was the spine and heart of every team he was in. LEGEND of Oz cticket and world cricket.

Well done to you and your team. Aussies are the team to beat in these conditions and are favorites to win the final in my book. I would love to see Kiwis win the tourney as it would be their first trophy but if I've to put my money on a team, it would be Aussies. Congratulations once again and well played!

We were better when it counted, didn't lose our head even at 0/75 in the 12th. Thought we bowled well and it was encouraging that MJ bowled a bit quicker.

I think we will beat them well, but you just never know, they are a good and gutsy team, if they win they will deserve their victory and being crowned world champs, i will be honestly happy for them, it will be great for kiwi cricket, great for the underdog and it will be nice to see a first time champ. Good luck to them on the day, i hope the team that is the more aggressive and better on the day wins no matter if its us or them, i just want a fair tough game. cheers
