David Boon Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 We are weakened by Clarke and Watson, both never pull their weight and are ODI pretenders, so it shows how good the rest are putting in, i belive we are basically 2 batsman down with these two clowns in the team. Neither are liked here, both are found to be fake and just not your typical Aussies, the quicker both are gone the better. If we win this wc with these two pretenders in the team it will be a great effort. Clarkes very selfish for putting himself infront of younger guys in good form like Marsh, hes done nothing since hes been back, Mick needs to step down from all forms of the game imo, and plenty here agree.

Mate the guys lost it as a limited overs player, his record the last 12 months prove that, he proves it every time he goes out to bat, i predicted he wouldnt get double figures again today, hes a liability, theres nothing he can do that Smith cant do better, its better energy with Smith as capt, the boys love him too, theres no way in the world clarke deserves his spot these days, we would be a hell of a lot stronger without him and watson.

Thats exactly what he does, as soon as Clarke comes on the tempo drops, he plays the other team into the game, and i belive he doesnt have the best interest of the team at heart, he has stood in the way of young guys in better form, its very selfish from him imo, theres a reason he is on the nose in the team.

Im with you on that theory, but the problem is he gives zero resistance, he certainly isnt a back stop, neither of them are that. And i couldnt be more relaxed, ive got a foot thats just been opperated on, im kicking back as i cant work these last few days, its 3am here and im wide awake, still on a high from the game, lifes great lol I just love talking cricket, especially during world cup, cheers

If Boult doesnt strike upfront ,there could be a pogrom on 29th What are the chances of Boult and Southee not striking up front though? 1%? Has it even happened once in this world cup? They're a way better attack than any other team Aus have faced and that showed in the Eden Park game. There's also no reason it won't swing at the MCG if Boult can get swing in SL, UAE, Windies etc.
