Tamils of Indian origin and Sinhalese lived without much problems for two centuries. It was Nothern Tamil Vellars who wanted a seperate state. (Less than 7% of population), killed Sinhalese, Muslims and own Tamils with their facist leadership, and in the process got trounced. Even today agents of seperatists don't allow Muslims and Sinhalese wo were forced off North o resettle. They want Tamil onl,y North. Reconciliation is miles off unless the 150,000 intgernall displaced Muslim and Sinhalese people are not allowed to settle in Northern province.
