So teams can be banned for money (Pune, Kochi) but not for corruption?Also the franchise are suspended for 2 years and will be back in 2018. How will this work for players? Are they free to play in other teams or not?Two new teams to be added this year. So what happens in 2018, will there be 10 teams?
