express bowling
Last year there were a couple of bowlers capable of bowling 140K. I think it was Monu Kumar and Avesh Khan. But dont know where they have vanished.Monu Kumar was the quickest and shortest of the lot. Bowled 135 to 140 k. Was very skiddy.Chama Milind, a left armer, was pacy too. Bowled 133 k to 140 k mostly, got outswing and is of decent height too.Avesh Khan was a tall deck hitter who bowled 130 to 140 k and was only 17 years then. Quite a nice bunch.Chama Milind looked the most complete pacer of the lot. Don't know what happened to these 3.Both spinners, Kuldeep Yadav and Amir Gani were turning the ball a lot. These 2 are playing FC now. Link to comment

Anik Krishna
Bangladesh under-19s beat Zimbabwe under-19s 4-0. We currently have the 2nd best win percentage in under-19s history.Bangladesh under-19s have been playing a lot of ODIs this year (all series won) compared to any other team. The team also has more experience than any other side. I think it's fairly obvious that BCB have their sights on winning the World Cup next year – very clever planning. We should obviously qualify for the last 8, but anything can happen from there on. I think the teams that are a threat to Bangladesh's title quest are: India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. I would like to see Bangladesh achieve at least a 4th place finish, but make no mistake, they have the capability to win this event but you need luck as well.Last mission of the year: Indi-BD-Afg U/19 Tri-series. All the matches will be played on Jadavpur University ground, Kolkata, as per BCCI website.Schedule-Nov 20: India U/19 vs Bangladesh U/19Nov 21: India U/19 vs Afghanistan U/19Nov 22: Bangladesh U/19 vs Afghanistan U/19Nov 24: India U/19 vs Bangladesh U/19Nov 25: Bangladesh U/19 vs Afghanistan U/19Nov 27: India U/19 vs Afghanistan U/19 Link to comment
