Vijy Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Ever since Dhobi started playing T20 seriously (after the 2007 win), I believe that he'd already transitioned into accumulator mode rather than the blaster he was during the first few years of his career. As a result, if he desired to be truly effective, he should have batted higher and given himself the time to settle. If you look at his T20 record in non-international matches, the avg is higher and the SR is much better. I believe that it's partly because of poorer bowling, but also because he's had the chance to bat at a more suitable position.
