sourab10forever Posted March 25, 2016 Author Posted March 25, 2016 Viv Richards will hit this scientific study for a six.Obviously their are batsmen who are big hitters but don't follow this wrong-stand theory. Most of them for that matter. But it's just had it is an added advantage if your dominant hand becomes your top hand. But we also have to take into account that cricket is not only about six hitting. Therefore it's not that this is the best option for a batsmen but certainly the best option for Six hitting.
rkt.india Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Golf and baseball have also been mentioned in the article. The same thing applies to them also I guess. Or maybe only in cricket the case of top hand being dominant come into play..really don't have much idea about other sports.Yes, it will depend on whether you are a top hand player or a bottom hand player. A bottom hand player like Dhoni uses his dominant right hand to hit, while top hand dominant players like Rahane struggle to do that because he is using his left hand more than right hand.
