Ram Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 And your answers that Supreme Court Opinions are not enough is a reasoable response ? you dont question me, in response to a question. You answer my questions first. And again, you harping irrelevantly on something i said bout supreme courts is ridiculous. I even forgot what you asked, not because i dont care, but because i know it is totally irrelevant to our debate. thats completely in your hand ... I have no control over your keyboard ... if you want to discuss ... discuss respectfully. forget it, you have repeatedly shown you dont want to indulge in debating and want to make this a You vs me... I am out, dont expect answers from me to you on this thread anymore..
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 So' date='do EACH and EVERY of the Cong leaders have cases registered against them for the 84 riots ?[/quote'] Now we are talking.. They ruled in centre for next ten years had everythign under their control nothing happend. When NDA came Nanavati commisison got established and then few conviction happened. Since Rajeev Gandhi was dead by then and in congressi they have culture of whatever wrong happens Sonia-mata/Rajeev-ganhdi are not responsible some lower minions are responsible.. Just look at as elemnatry as election if it;s succefful then sonia/rajeev did if backfires lower rank leaders were resposnbile.. So I am sure even if rajeev gandhi was alive he wud not have gotten any case registered against himself.. NAMO is CM not PM centre is hostile media is hostile nhrc is hostile basically it's everyone agisnt him in that scenario getting case registered sud not be difficult provided one has sthg beyond rant.. yes so far 13 conviction in 84 and 15 in 2002.......
Ram Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 When the riots happened,BJP was in power. Cong came to power only in 2004. By that time, the riot investigation was well underway. It will be stupid to come and issue cases against a CM 3 years later. And of course, Modi would have covered all his tracks well.
Ram Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 I did answer your question MM though I cut to the chase (to save me time) .... but the thing is what is the point of this discussion if you are not going to accept the verdict of the highest court ? With that sort of reasoning why even bother to produce any evidence .... just issue a guilty verdict on NM like some others do here. Simply put, If i commit a murder and there is no evidence at all, and the supreme court absolves me of any crime, does that make me innocent ? Same with Modi, as simple as that. As is the case with so many other criminal and corrupt politicians in India..
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 Simply put, If i commit a murder and there is no evidence at all, and the supreme court absolves me of any crime, does that make me innocent ? Same with Modi, as simple as that. As is the case with so many other criminal and corrupt politicians in India.. That's prejudice.. for someone like Modi who had (1) Central govt (2) media (3) n number of organizations vying for his blood getting away with a crime to the effect noone cud find enough evidence to get even a court case registered let alone conviction sounds impossible..
Guest dada_rocks Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 And the opposite is true as well ... innocent people getting framed. :two_thumbs_up: And in media frenzy xyz organizational circus and hostile central govt this is more likeley.. Aise to everyone is guilty..
sandtest Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 This traitor Karan Thapar has even virtuallu suggested for "sudden removal" of Modi--which literally indicates killing him. I am gonna expose this SOB in a new thread....watch this section.
