Am sure Americans of Indian Origin will have a near zero chance of being interested in Cricket. But what about ICFers who have been in India and have moved to USA. Is cricket still in your minds or has the interest dropped? For me, I seem to have lost interest a bit. Partly because I am somewhat busy and there is not enough interest in the game. Look at the number of leagues that play cricket, look at the number of US based fans who fly all over the world to watch India play. I've been in the US for more than 20 years. I went to Barbados to watch the T20 world cup. I went to Trinidad and London to watch ODI and test cricket. I still play league cricket. And there are thousands like me.
moniker Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 The interest in cricket among Indians is waning everywhere with the advent of IPL. I don't see any lesser interest in cricket in the US than in India. People just don't choose to follow bilaterals any more. It's just world tournaments or IPL. Test cricket is different though. Those following test cricket were always among the few elite. That hasn't changed much.
