Texan Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Ends up with the second best Test average of all batsmen after Bradman (min 20 Tests). Probably might feel he got his chance too late. Avg 61 in Tests, 45 in ODIs and 46 in T20s.
Cricketics Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Could have easily played an year or two had he not been dropped. Was hard done by when South Africa won the series. Because of his age he wasn't persisted with and lost his slot right away.
