Are afghans the best six hitters in the game?

Just been  checking Afghan team scores..They either tend to select powerful Pollard like guys or almost all of them are power hitters but if you see the scorecards almost all of them seem to be able to hit sixes. Is it because they play tier two teams.. can they do it against big teams?
