beetle Posted January 31, 2020 Share Posted January 31, 2020 The guy was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder and was out on BAIL. That is why we need capital punishment so that our law that is so careful about protecting the rights of criminals can't let them out on bail or parole to commit more crimes.
