hatja_tau
Another Peter Roebuck gem.. fascinating read.. I certainly have a feeling that it'll be the little master's tour... http://www.smh.com.au/news/cricket/tendulkar-the-truest-of-three-rare-cricketing-treasures/2007/12/25/1198345009260.html Link to comment
Laaloo
Indians suggest that Tendulkar does not shine on the big occasions - but they have misunderstood him. India yearns for glory. Tendulkar plays with his heart. That is his glory. :two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up: Link to comment

SachDan
There have been thousands of articles written about GOD...but one must admit that this is the best among all those articles. Peter Roebuck you gem...:two_thumbs_up: Link to comment
SachDan
Finest Paragraph about GOD.... Tendulkar has been the greatest of these great players. Where Lara excited and Warne enthralled, he has provided a wider satisfaction. There has been a purity about his batting, a simplicity of construction, a correctness of execution, a sense of everything being in exactly the right place at exactly the right time. At the crease, he has offered the glory of the completed cathedral. His straight drive and square cut are definitive versions of the game's two finest strokes. Link to comment

Shehezaada
Tendulkar's Golden Run Tendulkar has not failed to score a half century for the last 7 test matches. I don't think he's done this in his career actually! Link to comment
Ram
His form in the last 8 months has nothing short of Bradmenesque... At 34, after nearly 2 decades of his international debut, he still continues to out-peform all his peers. Every time the critics start having their usual jibes at him, Sachin re-invents himself. If he is fit and has the motivation, I dont see any reason why he shouldnt play on till he 37-38 at the least. Age, form are considerations for mere mortals only. Geniuses need to judged on a different plane. Link to comment

sm332
only criticism I have in the test format ... would like to see him convert more often... but aside from that good to see him get back to closer to his rarified level Link to comment
Shehezaada
whoops...actually he has bettered it! Tendulkar's went one entire year without getting a sub 50 score in a test match! 2 janurary 1993 to 26 january 1994 Link to comment
