Let's take a look at the last 4 completed ODI's at Oval. (After England's 2015 WC debacle)

1) England vs New Zealand

NZ Scored 398 from 50 Overs and England had to chase 379 from 46 overs and fell short by 13 runs.

2) England vs Sri Lanka

http://www.espncricinfo.com/england-v-new-zealand-2015/engine/match/913629.html

Sri Lanka scored 305 from just 42 overs and England had to chase 308 in 42 overs and they chased it down with 2 overs to spare.

3) England vs Bangladesh

http://www.espncricinfo.com/england-v-new-zealand-2015/engine/match/1022347.html

Bangladesh scored 305 and England chased it down with 3 overs to spare for the loss of only 3 wickets.

4) South Africa vs Sri Lanka

http://www.espncricinfo.com/england-v-new-zealand-2015/engine/match/1022351.html

South Africa scored 299 and Sri Lanka were off to a blazing start and looked to be in a decent position to win only to lose too many wickets in a short period of time which shut down their chances of winning.

So, twice a score of above 300 was chased down with extreme ease in which one match only constituted of 42 overs and once a score of 379 was almost chased down in 46 overs.

Our batting approach in the middle overs cost us the game more than our bowlers IMO.

Yup poor batting, rohit sharma and dhawan are the most boring opening pair in the world, we didn't finish well either, I thought 320+ was a great total but was proven wrong, we can't continue with this pathetic batting approach at the top

We Are last on the list to score least runs in PowerPlay. You have to play fearless cricket nowadays, it has happened so many times that we don't play positive and end up losing match with ease. We need to get Players like Pant and KL Rahul to Open, Dhawan as Back up.

Get Jhadav is after Kohli, if Dhoni wants to be in team, let him come at #6 or #7, he kills momentum with SR of 80 all the time.
