Sl vs BD Final (CT final thread version 1.08)

Since some of the popular finals have been booked through other threads, here is my take on what could happen:

 

Group B game - SL vs Pak

 

Pak would be on a high dose after the win against SA. The talk of revenge against Ind would be on the cards. Thinking ahead, Pak will come to the match hoping to blow SL away. Expect tons of wides and no-balls. SL will play quietly and win the game 

 

SF1 Cardiff SL vs Eng

 

A confident Eng will take the field. However, SL will play one of its mystery spinners and to Eng's nightmare, it will be its one bad game in the competition 

 

SF2 Birmingham BD vs Ind

 

A rampant Ind will take the field. However, having lost only 11 wkts in the competition so far, it would be in shock with some quick top order wkts. Mustafizur will have a good day with the ball robbing Ind of any momentum. Sakib will have one of his good days with the ball as well esp by tying down likes of Yuvi 

 

In batting, Tamim will hit a 100 to seal the deal for BD 

 

Final Oval BD vs SL 

 

SL will this time be over confident. However, its spin attack will only feed BD batsmen. Chasing to win its first solo CT, young SL will collapse under pressure 

 

Winner  BD
