aussiefan Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 i have really enjoyed watching him today, what a fantastic player
Guest Hiten. Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Sehwag deserves all the credit for getting India closer to a draw. Draw is infact a big achievement vs Aus, considering the amount of games they won prior to this series (without losing or drawing them). This is HIS best innings. Yes, even better than his 309
Chandan Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Don't forget that this version of Sehwag got a 100 in the second inning of the match, scoring it on the last day of the match when the pitch was totally worn out and as the score of the fellow batsmen suggest, it was not easy to bat there. How many second inning tons this the earlier version of Sehwag have?
The Outsider Posted January 28, 2008 Author Posted January 28, 2008 How many second inning tons this the earlier version of Sehwag have? Zero. It was his first second innings century.
coffee_rules Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Initiali jitters. If there are safe catchers, we would have lost the match today. Thanks to Clarke, who dropped Sehwag when he was on 2. Sehwag still has problems, so he has got to be lucky also to score big 100s. But, a invaluable asset to team - bowling, batting (if clicks, it is a big bonus), tact and fielding.
diegovegaz Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 i always dreamt of sehwag being amongst the runs, especially when every1 else failed i hold him in a prime position he has silenced his critics now he is going 2 b india's matthew hayden rather, he is, just needs 2 convert his starts
