fineleg
I felt bad that Sanga was given out in the 190s in Test match in Aus. Now I feel the loser deserved it :finger: All bloody cheats... And oh, the Human element of umpiring and its charm Link to comment
Deleted_User_1
yeah it is amazing how a umpiring decision can fack up a match. Link to comment
fineleg
A brave lad Rohit Sharma trying to establish himself against a veteran Muralitharan, and the bloody loser Sanga has to appeal when he knows it is clearly no edge! And umpire oh umpire This is charming - umpire - u beauty ... Who needs the cra.p of Technology? Link to comment
fineleg
Chucklitharan wasn't even appealing - he was just amused for a while! The umpire is under pressure from keeper when bowler is not appealing!? Link to comment
bunny
That was sheer incompetence on the part of Rudi. Can't blame Sanga. Link to comment

Rajiv
We have to accept these close ones in ODI's, it can happen to us as well Link to comment
fineleg
We have to accept these close ones in ODI's' date=' it can happen to us as well[/quote'] close!? how so? Even Chucklitharan and fielder around couldn't believe his luck, he did not think it was "close" Only cheat was Sanga, and Rudi was deaf and blind. Link to comment
Rajiv
Close as in happened in a jiffy due to the gloves bump Rudi had good ones v.s Sachin, any other umpire would have given him out About Murali. no comments Link to comment
bunny
Only cheat was Sanga. So anytime a fielder appeals when he knows the batsman is not out, he is a cheat? By that definition, every player is a cheat. Link to comment

Umpiring goof ups so blatant, can screw up watching the match big time. It just totally spoils the game. Technology is available, but we wont use it Link to comment

IndianRenegade
I was just wondering what had happened, why was he given out... I was like WTF? apparently that was my comment when he got out even in the forum. Latter found out he was given caught behind.... :omg: Stupid umpiring. But I won't blame Sanga. Haven't the Indians done this. He was within his rights to ask questions. Rudi was dumb, as dumb as he was when he ruled Pathan not out the other day. Link to comment
16 str8
I guess that makes up for the Pathan incident in the first game. No point complaining. What goes around comes around. Link to comment
