Kohli thinks he can't be criticized, Dhoni has ready made excuses for losing, Shastri thinks you can only be SRT if wanna condemn Dhoni & most others follow this pattern, including Ashwin. While Aus at least pretend to be doing introspection, Indians on the other hand just throw anyone pointing fingers at them under a bus

The frustrating part is the talent coming thru the ranks is exemplary but they are rotting, I would love to see Sarfaraz, Prithvi, Hooda, Khaleel and other youngsters.

rahul at 4 is a waste.. looks like he enjoys opening vis-a-vis a middle order slot.. best to let rahul and rohit open.. (dhawan to slot in if one of them is injured or out of form... oh wait, anyway rohit will never be dropped.. so dhawan to be swapped with rahul), with kohli at 1 down.., raina(will not be dropped) /karthik(will not get a chance) /pant (lets wait for 2020)/yuvi(wont be surprised if kohli slots him in out of the blue) to make up the top 4.. you can still have dhoni(will never be dropped till wc19) and pandya in the top 6..+ 4 bowlers & krunal pandya (if selectors decide to do their job for once)..
