PSB_Zone
After the Saf tour , there was a suggestion from the experts that to prepare for the test matches , India should play white ball cricket first to have an idea of foreign condition.. But This is not a Good idea because.... 1) white ball cricket and red ball cricket are intirely different , so are the pitches .. 2)There is a risk of injury just like bhuvi and Bumrah , our trump bowlers. 3) U can get away with an injury or 2 in white ball cricket but in test matches it can be series defining. So playing proper 3 or first class matches before the Sena tour and one match in between the test matches is a better preparation but money making Bcci will have to give one month extra for it . sensible-indian
It doesnt matter in which order you play. What matters is red ball cricket needs red ball preparation. We all called it out even before first test. This team management is dumb as hell. None of the so called Indian ex spurts raised their voices against the team management policies. As such their analytical ability is low, now add in BCCI money and things hav become worse. Edited August 18, 2018 by sensible-indian Link to comment
