If Ashwin was not fully fit, why did Kohli play him in 4th test?

Ashwin was not fully fit.this was quite evident when they showed the comparison of his bowling in the first test and current Swann beautifully analysed it and subtly made the point that he was not fully fit.

Jaddu in this pitch would have got 2-3 clean bowled for sure as he usually does by maintaining a strict line and aiming at the rough patch.
