Moreover, Starc has bowled 160 k in Australia ... but I don't think he usually crosses  153 k /  154 k in any other country, even as occasional deliveries.

that 160 was just one delivery, could be an error.

Having occasional deliveries registering much higher speeds than usual, is commonest in Australia ... like Aaron's 160 k that no one talks about.
