Rajiv Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I jsut added a new email in Outlook and I want it to go to a particular folder For., eg,, I have 3 emails and they all come in INBOX so how do I configure it for a specified folder thanx

coffee_rules Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 I use outlook 2003. I added rules. There is a bug in outlook 2003 which prevents from running the rule sometimes. So, you will have to delete the rule and use the rule making wizard or something. I have rules that move a specific subject to a folder or specific sender's mail to a folder. They work. I use OL 2003 SP2.
