If the expectation is that Kuldeep or anyone else will run through sides on these pitches  then it is a no brainer they should be tried.

Sehwag consistently turned it more than Bhajji- but turn is only one aspect of a spinners performance. 

No but it is important on these pitches. Sehwag could turn and pick up few wickets on pitch like Perth.

but Kumble didn't turn much and still had good performances in Australia

It took Kumble three trips to find any success and I would not call Kumble a match winner in Australia.

Most of Indian pitches favor over spin than side spin that’s why our spinners find it difficult away from home.

ok but no one could turn it more than Murali, Ajmal and Swann. How did they all do in Australia?

Swann did okay in one trip, Murali is the only guy I am surprised by lack of success given he bowled wih KookaBurra whole life.ajmal is a chucker I don't think he turned that much.

 

But in general overseas spinners  have not fared well. But Warne or Lyon have done very well in Australia
