Must watch.....makes some really good point regd handling of players 

 

 

• He was rightfully dropped but why to tell him he ll be picked if he clears yo-yo test . Need some strong guys in future to tell players that they are not in plan anymore. I agree with him at least legends deserve that . 
• Says- Identify ur talent n give them chances rather then giving everyone 1-2 chances. He gave his example how whole team failed in NZ yet they were persisted . Compare to chopping n changing of this TM
• Talks about security n insecurity hampering players. How Eng n Aus secure their players 
• The players with aggressive games will always be under scanner . He supports pant and question ppl what are u expecting from a guy who has played 8-10 games. Someone needs to talk to him rather then giving stupid statements like fearless n careless which can spoil his mental makeup 
• Says its stupid to have deep batting in t20 compromising ....watch IPL more money is spend on bowlers for a reason. He recommends going for wrist spinners then finger spinner in australia 
• 1st they say rishabh pant is their future now they say they have 2 backups. Play any player for 6 months atleast 
• Need to groom guys why being so fearful from loss when our team is so strong 
• May be they cud try another captain for shorter format seeing how much workload virat can take, rohit can be looked at 
• Rohit shud have opened in test cricket long ago 
• Players like kohli (when failed in eng), pujara when failed in Aus n eng was being persisted with.
