How do you connect it to the government? It could be a corruption of the gas agencies. During DeMo, lots of poor people who had opened bank accounts (for getting govt subsidies) had lakhs of rupees. That is a jugaad of corrupt people hiding money. After Rafale, no opposition is bold enough to raise corruption charges at this admin. But the Auditor's report is out for one month. Shouldn't the current government be responsible to follow up on the report? Why haven't they? Corruption, crime and fraud are deeply enmeshed in the Indian "system". I am not saying the BJP did this.
