England. Flat Wankhede pitch is bane for India. England power hitters will run away. Their genuine pace will come handy. Indian trundlers will struggle.  Wankhede won't spin spin much too. Spin will be neglected. Our batting lacks fire power of England. Aussies are very strong too. England will top, India- Aus, India edges in India but Aus in Australia. England batting is unmatched. Their bowling is equal to others.

That's on paper. In actual we saw how hard england worked to get to playoffs and then tie in the finals.

Also I wouldn't look much into speeds in 2011, as bowlers usually tend to bowl cutters and slower balls in India. They could ramp up the pace in favourable conditions. 

 

Zaheer and Yuvi had a great tournament with the ball in 2011. If Shami and Ashwin could succeed in 2015 WC, I see no reason why the former couldn't have. 

Yuvi didn't have much success in Aus apart from one 100 in 2004.  Zaheer would do fine.

We will have to go by what's on paper. They had thrashed India on their so that's a clue. AUS can actually give them a scare if Starc& Hazlewood have their day and Warner-Finch back them with the bat. India's chance is giving them a spinning track at Wankhede.
