Is Jio network blocked on this site?

My fibernet had some issues yesterday, when I tried to open the site from Jio it wouldn't open. Tried multiple times. First I thought website was down but now I can see there are posts yesterday

 

so is access to this forum blocked from jio? if so any particular reason?
