Get Pujara to open the Inning. He can tuk tuk first few overs to get bowlers tired.

 

Also, this way we get to groom Gill at #3.

Why play vihari? He isnt scoring nor bowling,  rahul definitely has higher ceiling than vihari.

Gill looked good on #2 and is perfect as positive openers boost team morale.
