Who are the best prospect for loi spinners?

After seeing both of our loi spinner getting clobbered every game it's been frustrating 2 years for us as a cricket fans. Who do you think are the upcoming spinners who can turn the ball with pace?? We need spinners that can bowl with a certain speed that doesn't give the batsman time. We have tried quite a few other than kuldeep and chanal and quality doesn't looks too much of different so want to know your views about it any good spinners in domestic (I thought bisnoi was quite good).

Kuldeep needs to go back to domestic, chahal is fine
