So RIP, but he had history. Well you may be partially correct, which led to a cancellation of a match due to Robin Jackman's ties to South Africa. He was an Englishman trying to earn his living by coaching during the Apartheid era. I'm not sure if we have any direct evidence that he was involved in racism of any sorts.
