I think Rumman Raees was a great LOI Bowler.

Yeah he used to be a good T20 bowler..  He was hard to put away.  Ever since Gul Pakistan has struggled to produce a bowler who can bowl well at the death.   Raees I remember used to bowl well at death during the brief period when Pak did well in T20s in 17/18
