Fifth options- India's New strength in home conditions

Shami-Umesh- Ashwin -Jaddu are fixed (although not in kohlis head who prefer Ishant  )

 

With Pant , jaddu and Ashwin batting ability India could always play 5th bowling option or batsman as they like . Jayant did a good in england series but now we have a line of great option in pur hand. Every option if used correctly can create one of the greatest team combinations. 

 

 

 

1. Sundar- Need extra batting or if opposition has many lefties
2. Axar- If opposition has lot of right handers like Aus. His batting will become better like jaddu's did
3. Pandya- X factor, Once he starts bowling even better
4. Siraj- looks very very good with SG red ball
5. Bumrah- Imagine if he is the 5th option how dangerous is this bowling up
6. Kuldeep- once he gets his form n confidence he gives a complete new dimension to bowling attack   
7. Thakur- Pink ball test, ill really consider him

 

If used smartly we will dominate at home till the day shami-umesh-Ashwin doesnt retire. Selection of this option shud be completely horses for courses kind thats when this will become effective
