tapandrun Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 (edited) Broadly in Ind in white-ball cricket fast bowler need zip. there are few sluggish pitches too where cutter and lack of pace can work but if its not holding in much and there is no power failure then cutter does not work too. With batters having modern shots and able to spot slower one early and power they are able to generate ,cutters are nt that effective unless bowler is breaking from 145+ kmph to 125 kmph..
