Guest Hiten.
Well done Abhishek and Bhajji. You got us close, next time take us through. So much for Chennai's team, we had their hearts pumping throughout the game. :yay::yay::yay:

Cricketics
actually chennai got pulversied by Mohali team too chennai bowling sucks.. but yaa good fightback by that nayar guy.. he is too,one for the future.. and the less i talk about bhajji batting the better.. he produces these special knocks often these days
arkay
Go Chennai! Well done Mumbai. But their bowling sucks. I cannot imagine how Bhaji did not bowl more than 2 overs. It is a shame. He would have done a lot better had he bowled. He was too scared to bowl to Hayden whicch meant that rookies had to bowl instead of him.
Ram
My man of the match, 4 over, 18 runs, 1 wicket and 1 maiden in a match that saw 402 runs scored in the other 35 overs is truly amazing.
satishg
haha..our bowling may not be the strongest..but v manage to pull it off in the end..so it really doesn matter how v get carted..the end result..v win no matter wat.. but hats off A Nair..he was awesome..he played his heart out..a gr8 match..but the kings prevail :)
theguyinallblue
chennai will really struggle after the departure of Hayden and Hussey..although Ntini will somewhat strengthen their bowling..
Sachinism
amazing spirit, i really thought they were out of it and the way they came back against all odds i was supporting chennai from the start, but the way mumbai came back, i thought they deserved to win
Guest HariSampath
Great fightback by Mumbai Indians, esp Nayyar and Bhajji...but in the end the task was simply too much...200+ is never gonna be easy to chase, and in the last 7-8 overs the target was wlways 15 rpo , which means even if the batting side slogs 3-4 good overs, they will lost wkts and end up short, which is what happened. I thought that in the final analysis Chennai outbatted Mumbai with their now familiar powerhouse batting...8 bowlers tried in 20 overs...Bhajji and Pollock not finishing...and a total of 208 after inserting the opposition means the Mumbai Indians got intimidated by the Chennai batting. Still no disgrace to Mumbai...they lost to a much better and well deserving side today..and a good finish !
theguyinallblue
it was poor captaincy By bhajji..Polly did not finish his 4 overs..Bhajji did not finish his 4 overs.. with return of sachin..i am sure some sanity will return in Mumbai camp.. Bhajji was just nervous..
Chandan
Go Chennai! Well done Mumbai. But their bowling sucks. I cannot imagine how Bhaji did not bowl more than 2 overs. It is a shame. He would have done a lot better had he bowled. He was too scared to bowl to Hayden whicch meant that rookies had to bowl instead of him. The spinners were having trouble due tgo excessive dew in the field at night. Still it'd have been easier for the international bowlers to deal with that problem than the poor youngters. There was no point in getting 8 bowlers bowl. Pollock and Bhajji should have completed their quota even if it'd not have made difference! And why on earth are they not picking Rahane? Their batting is so fragile and they really need a good batsman. MI have to get their selection right.

Zap_Brannigan
chennai will really struggle after the departure of Hayden and Hussey..although Ntini will somewhat strengthen their bowling.. When we lose those 2, we would get nitini and Morkel, which would make our bowling better. The batting is pretty strong with Flemming and Srikanth warming the benches. theguyinallblue
Flemming is not known as stroke maker...and with Murli and Ntini..only one more can play...may be morkel.. But the local indian players they have picked are really good.. specially Raina and Badri..and PaPa too can bat ... so all in all...Their batting will not suffer as much..but their bowling will remain their weak point..
