Ashwin has fitness concerns as well, probably much more so than Bhuvi.

Bhuvi is in the squad for his death bowling. arguably we don't have a single(bumrah apart)  bowler in the squad with Bhuvi's death bowling abilities

Let's assume they were terrible fielders for your satisfaction, but again that doesn't make Ashwin any better.
