It is because it neighbors Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh where stubble burning is noticed. Vehicular emissions are also a reason. The only way out of this is to ensure that farmers are provided with equipment to solve this burning issue (quite literally). Adoption of EVs is another step towards cleaner energy.
