What we see now is just low and slow turners. Even really good batsman can get out with a low bouncing ball which is unplayable like we saw with some wickets Axar got. This is not skill. Yet Indian fans will celebrate at anything and how we beat WTC Champs New Zealand when underlying problems of our batting and bowling barring Bumrah is a serious issue that will haunt us for many major tournaments. These bilateral bashing is what slowed down our worldcup wins as Dhawan, Kohli and Rohit scored big and covered up middle order deficinences and also their own lack of clutch performances under pressure as their own spots were secure due to Stat padding. Did you even watch WTc? Bumrah was our worst bowler and was in poor form leading up to the final. Koohli instead of picking siraj and thakur, he picked ashwin on a seaming track. Both siraj and thakur were in form at the time.
Jay Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Ball swings in India for the first 10-15 overs especially in North India.

Go check his test match record in India. Warne too suffered the same fate as Murali. Murali got hammered in Australia too. Not denying that he is a great bowler. But if you are going to prick holes, then, nobody performs everywhere. Ashwin is a World Class test spinner - one of the all time greats by the time he hangs his boots with 500 plus test wickets. Wrist slitting cunts need to be buried or just left to starve. Seriously this world does not need these people. I can't stand such people it boils my blood. Lord 1
R!TTER Posted November 28, 2021 Author Posted November 28, 2021 So you think the key to that is to play on green/seaming/bouncy decks at home? Well then how do you suppose this will solve the ICC KO matches issue? Will we win more tosses there if we lose tests at home The toss has a major role in cricket, even more so in LO games & no amount of squirming that "the pitch is the same for both sides" will change that! The last WT20 proved how crucial tosses can be, changing the nature of our pitches will not magically make us win tosses or ICC KO matches
