ICC Docked 19 WTC Points for eng (2023) in Ashes

WTC 2023-25 Eng won 2 test in just completed ashes & 1 draw they suppose to get 28 points ( 12. For win test / 4 for draw) but ICC Docked 19 points for the Over rate punishment 

 

Aus also Docked with 9 WTC  points for same reason.pakistan with 100%PCT on top.i guess eng not care much as they have to play 21 test in 2023-25 cycle so they can make it in the future but I doubt they can Qualify for 2025 WTC final.

its obvious England dont care about WTC.we should not care about it too since we never get a home advantage after topping the table and the freaking final is always in England.

Ideally, the #1 ranked team should get home advantage but the final always is held in England. At-least it should be in Australia, where conditions are fair to bowler and batsman alike.

I understand there are major logistical challenges to have the WTC final in different time zones but having it in only country is unacceptable.
