That is PCB call, not your nor BCCI and certainly not ICC. Quit debating on the topic that has no concern of your since PCB is entitled to do whatever it wants and wherever it wants. No one has no problem with Pakistan in UAE except India, and ironically, those teams have problem with India given the recent big-3 policy.

 

If 90s is done, then how come Pakistan is back on the market citing Champion Trophy Final? Pakistan team is not going anywhere despite isolation, lack of home series, weak facilities because despite of them, Pakistan has courage to make it through which makes Pakistan unique citing the father [Kapil Dev] of India cricket.

 

Never mind the fact that Pakistan as weak team can easily beat India in India citing the series in 2012.

Getting cricket back to Pakistan? Well, PCB did host PSL final. And third edition will be hosted in Pakistan. The third edition of PSL is supposedly only going to have couple of matches in Pakistan.  The PSL game without any decent players and wash up has beens is why the PSL final was an utter failure.  Even Imran Khan couldn't stop taking shots.  Now even for next season , if PSL plays couple of games in Pakistan and again the international players give it a miss - that's even a bigger hole for Pakistan cricket and PSL because it just shows that even though the players openly ignore playing in Pakistan for PSL - it isn't a big deal. They are still getting paid without risking their lives so why would anyone would want to go there ?

Let's not even start on CPEC because you haven't ready much on it then if you actually think it's bringing any prosperity into Pak

I am not sure why you keep bringing over all record when most of the matches played was before the 90s.  What is the head to head record since 2000 ?   That's right ,  live in the current century

 and just to clear your notion and delusion about UAE being Pakistan's "home" ground -

BCCI lost the vote recently. The schedule for Champion Trophy 2017 has been scheduled years before. To the extent, the ticket for first Pakistan-India sold out a year ago in advance.

 

Before Champion Trophy of 2017, all the ICC tournaments have been purposely put Pakistan-India on the group stage to milk on by BCCI through ICC.

I wasn't talking about series win. Just mainly about hosting the series in front of Pakistani crowds that once made Pakistan cricket powerhouse. Although i should have clarified that i meant in term of economically powerhouse.

 

If we were to go with your mindset, then India should have won final since India hosts the home series in India all the time.
